What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing in your job search right now?

The biggest challenge I’m facing in my job search right now is figuring out how to truly stand out in a crowded market. With so many applicants applying for the same roles, it’s hard to know whether my resume is even being noticed or if it’s getting filtered out by automated systems. I keep customizing my applications, but the uncertainty around what employers actually want — combined with long waiting periods and little to no feedback — makes the process even more confusing. On top of that, trying to stay motivated while balancing hope and disappointment has been unexpectedly difficult. Networking is also something I’m still trying to get comfortable with, because I’m never sure how to approach people without feeling awkward. Overall, it’s the mix of emotional stress, unclear expectations, and lack of visibility into the hiring process that makes the job search feel like such a challenge.
